La Allianz für Energieforschung und -innovation (ALINNE) hat einen Bericht vorgelegt, in dem die Energiewirtschaft in Spanien analysiert wird. Die 'Analyse des Potenzials zur Entwicklung der Energietechnologien in Spanien' unterstreicht, dass in den nächsten zehn Jahren eine außergewöhnliche Entwicklung der Energietechnologie in Gang kommt. Neue Energietechnologien und einen dynamischeren Technologiemarkt. Diese Arbeit ist eine einmalige Aufgabe und ein nützliches Instrument für die Entwicklung von Strategien in einem Bereich wie dem Energiesektor.

 

Die Präsentation wurde von der Staatssekretärin für Forschung und Entwicklung, Carmen Vela, und dem Generaldirektor des Zentrums für Energie-, Umwelt- und Technologieforschung (CIEMAT), Cayetano Lopez. Die Analyse wurde vom ALINNE-Strategieausschuss erstellt, der von einer Bewertungsgruppe von 45 Experten aus den ALINNE‐Institutionen und zwei externen Experten unterstützt wurde und an der sich Technologieplattformen und Berufsverbände im Energiebereich beteiligen.

 

Die 13 von der Studie analysierten Technologien sind: Energieeffizienz; Erfassung und Speicherung von CO2, Wasserstoff und Brennstoffzellen; Biomasse; Geothermie; Erdgas für Mobilität; Kernspaltung; Windenergie; Meeresenergie; intelligente Netze; Solarvoltaik; thermische Solarenergie; Wärmeenergie mit geringer Temperatur. Die Vor- und Nachteile der einzelnen Technologien wurden heute und in Zukunft analysiert, um die politischen Verbesserungen für die einzelnen Technologien zu lenken.

Die Allianz für Energieforschung und -innovation ist ein großer, öffentlich-privater Pakt, der mit der Herausforderung geboren wird, die internationale Führungsrolle Spaniens bei der Energieinnovation zu stärken. Diese gemeinnützige Initiative vereint und koordiniert die Anstrengungen aller Akteure in der Wertschöpfungskette von FuE+i im Energiebereich und ermöglicht die Bewältigung der wichtigsten Herausforderungen, denen sich der Energiesektor gegenübersieht, indem sie zur Festlegung nationaler Arbeitsstrukturen und der europäischen Positionierung beiträgt.

 

Sie besteht aus 20 Vertretern. Im privaten Sektor sind die neun großen spanischen Unternehmen mit FuE+i-Tätigkeiten (Abengoa, Acciano, ACS, Endesa, Gamesa, Erdgas-Fenosa, Iberdrola, spanisches Electric Network und Repsol-YPF) sowie zwei KMU für ihre FuE-Aktivitäten ausgewählt worden. Von Seiten des öffentlichen und akademischen Sektors sind elf Vertreter tätig, die in der Energieforschung und -innovation tätig sind.
