26/02/2014 - Ergebnisse des Projekts Cenit Life in CO2-Abscheidung und Mikroalgenbioproduktion

Iberdrola Engineeringy Ainia Technologiezentrum hat heute die Ergebnisse der Forschungsarbeiten im Rahmen des Projekts vorgestellt CENIT LEBEN, durch die revolutionäre CO2-Abscheidungs- und Bioproduktionssysteme für Mikroalgen entwickelt wurden.

 

An der Veranstaltung, die in den Räumlichkeiten von AINIA in Valencia stattfand, nahmen der Innovationsleiter der genannten Tochtergesellschaft von IBERDROLA, Luis Malumbres, der Delegierte von IBERDROLA in der Valencian Gemeinschaft, Julián Bolinches, der FuE-Direktor von ANIA, José García, der Leiter der Überwachung, Systeme und Prozesse des CDTI, German Rodriguez, und der Leiter der Projektkontrollabteilung der CDTI, José Rivillas, teil.

 

Im Laufe der Veranstaltung wurde eine Demonstration der neuen Technik durchgeführt, die sich auf die Abscheidung von CO2-Emissionen durch eine speziell für dieses Projekt entwickelte Vorrichtung und die anschließende Verwendung dieses gereinigten CO2-Systems zur Fütterung von Mikroalgenkulturen stützt, die derzeit bereits zahlreiche Anwendungen haben. Das neue Mikroalgenanbausystem wurde ebenfalls im Projekt entwickelt.

 

Dieses Projekt ist ein sehr wichtiger Schritt für die Forschung auf dem Gebiet der Mikroalgen, die derzeit als sehr wichtig für ihre Nutzung im Energiebereich betrachtet werden und eine Vielzahl von wertvollen Verbindungen auf dem Markt enthalten: Proteine, Verdickungsmittel, Vitamine, Enzyme, Antibiotika, Kosmetika, pharmazeutische Produkte oder Chemikalien.

 

Darüber hinaus wurde mit dieser Initiative ein hochmodernes System für die selektive CO2-Abscheidung entwickelt, das Reinheiten von bis zu 95% erreichen kann, wofür Verbrennungsgase auf Pilotebene simuliert und verschiedene Abscheidungs- und CO2-Konzentrationsoptionen geprüft wurden.

 

Die gezeigten Studien wurden in den letzten drei Jahren vollständig in den Anlagen von AINIA durchgeführt und stellen den experimentellen Erfolg des Projekts dar, das das notwendige Wissen für die Umsetzung in die Geschäftswelt geschaffen hat.

 

Diese Forschungsarbeiten sind Teil der Schlüsselstudien für das CENIT LIVE-Projekt, eine FuE+i-Initiative unter der Leitung von IBERDROLA INGENIERA - mit Carlos Padilla als Projektleiter - und an der ein Konsortium aus 13 Unternehmen und 25 Forschungseinrichtungen beteiligt ist.

 

CENIT LEBEN, das vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unterstützt und von CDTI gefördert wurde, ist eine wissenschaftliche und technologische Initiative, die ein neues Konzept für Biociudad, Selbstversorgung und Nachhaltigkeit (BioCAS) aufbaut und eine neue Kultur der Nutzung natürlicher Ressourcen, von Abfällen und Schadstoffen in den Städten anwendet.

 

Die Teilnahme an CENIT LEBEN ist Teil der Politik von IBERDROLA INGENIERE, ihre Projekte mit einem hohen Grad an Innovation durchzuführen. Diese Tochtergesellschaft ist aufgrund ihrer technologischen Fähigkeiten eine der wichtigsten Ingenieure im globalen Energiesektor, die in der Lage sind, auf den internationalen Märkten zu konkurrieren.
