
Die Forschungsgruppe Uax del Institut für Design und Fertigung de la Universitat Politic deValència (IDF-UPV), in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Piloten Alfonso Borja, hat mit 3D-Druck ein neuartiges Drohnenmodell (nicht bemanntes Flugzeug) für den hohen Wettbewerb, FPV, das erste Modell seiner Funktionen vollständig mit 3D-Drucktechnologie in unserem Land entwickelt.
Bisher hat Uax (IDF-UPV) zwei Einheiten des Modells mit jeweils je sechs Motoren mit je 200 Watt Leistung gebaut und kann 70 Kilometer pro Stunde erreichen. Sie werden aus ABS hergestellt, einem Material, das durch seine hohe Festigkeit und einfache Handhabung gekennzeichnet ist. Sein Gewicht beträgt 800 Gramm und seine Größe 200 mm.
Additive Fertigung, eine neue Art, neue Produkte zu entwerfen, zu entwerfen und zu entwickeln
Die Drohnen wurden in den Anlagen der Uax-Gruppe (IDF-UPV) durch einen Additive Fertigungsprozess (FA) entwickelt und gebaut, der die Optimierung der Fahrzeuggeometrie ermöglichte und somit die maximale mechanische und aerodynamische Leistung ermöglichte.
Juan Antonio García Manrique, Koordinator von Uax (IDF-UPV), erklärt: "Die FA besteht in der Herstellung von Teilen durch Zusatz von Material, anstatt der Verwendung von herkömmlichen Spritz- oder Startverfahren. Diese Technologie hat unsere Art, neue Produkte herzustellen, zu entwerfen und zu entwerfen, verändert."
Champion des I Open National Multirotor und FPV
Die guten Ergebnisse von FPV wurden nicht erwartet. So hat Alfonso Borja vor nur 10 Tagen mit einem der Modelle des FPV I Open National Multirotor und FPV in der Modalität Unlimited gewonnen.
Der Wettbewerb fand im Club Radio Control Valencia statt, der dem Gemeindebezirk Cheste (Valencia) angehörte und über 50 Piloten von nicht bemannten Flugzeugen aus ganz Spanien zusammenbrachte.
Die Herausforderung, mehr als 1.000 Watt Leistung in wenig Raum zu steuern
"Die Drohnenleistung im Flug übersteigt 1000 Watt," erklärt García Manrique. "Die Kontrolle dieser großen Leistung in geringem Raum und die Gewährleistung einer stabilen Pilotenführung war die größte technologische Herausforderung," schließt er.
Nach seinem Sieg bei der Nationalmeisterschaft wird das FPV nun an dem internationalen Drohnenwettbewerb teilnehmen, der im September nächsten Jahres auf der Expodrónica Messe in Zaragoza stattfinden wird.
Entwicklung von Drohnen in neuen UPV-Abschlüssen
Professor García Manrique leitet die Uax-Forschungsgruppe (die die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Flugzeugen für verschiedene Anwendungen zum Ziel hat) und arbeitet mit verschiedenen Forschungsgruppen im Bereich der Drohnentechnologie zusammen. Außerdem gehört sie zum Team der Professoren des Diploms in Piloting von Flugzeugsystemen mit Remote-Control (RPAS) der UPV, das Professor Israel Quintanilla leitet.
