
El Technologiezentrum für Bauteile (CTC) hat ein FuE-Projekt für das Cantabria-Unternehmen durchgeführt Fluorderivate, wo eine Selbstlevel-Mörtel für Böden mit hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit die die Eigenschaften der bereits auf dem Markt vorhandenen verbessert.
In den letzten Jahren ist die Fußbodenheizung durch die Vorteile der Nachhaltigkeit und des Wärmekomforts, die sie bietet, eine große Rolle zu spielen, da es sich um ein Heizungssystem mit niedrigem Wasserbedarf zwischen 30 und 45 °C handelt, während die traditionellen Heizsysteme mit Heizkörpern 80 bis 85 °C benötigen, so dass die Effizienz der Anlage wesentlich höher ist und Einsparungen zwischen 15 und 20% im Vergleich zur traditionellen Heizung erzielt werden.
Eines der Hauptkomponenten dieser Art von Heizung ist der Mörtel, der das System der Heißwasser-Zirkulationsrohre bedeckt. Daher muss eine hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit haben, die eine schnelle Wärmeübertragung von den Heizrohren, die die Wärmequelle sind, bis zum Aufenthalt ermöglicht.
Entwicklung und Validierung von THERMIO, hergestellt aus Anhydrit hergestellt aus Fluorderivaten, musste an Formulierungen gearbeitet werden, die den Anforderungen an Fluidität, Schmiedezeit, mechanische Eigenschaften und hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit entsprechen. THERMIO hat alle Spezifikationen erfolgreich übertroffen und damit eine wesentlich höhere Wärmeleitfähigkeit als die übrigen Mörtel, die in einigen Fällen 2,4-mal höher sind.

THERMIO ist neben seiner thermischen Effizienz ein ökologisch nachhaltiges Produkt, da es einen hohen Gehalt an hochwertigen Industrieprodukten gibt.

Das Projekt wurde von der Regierung von Kantabrien über die Unterstützung von INNOVA 2013-FuE-Projekten im Rahmen des INNPULSA-Plans (2012-2015) kofinanziert.
