Die HF-Säure enthält eine chemische Formel, wie sie eine relativ schwache, farblose, sehr giftige, durchdringende Mineralsäure ist. Bei Raumtemperatur wird HF saurer Fluor im gasförmigen Zustand unter 19 °C hergestellt und ist in Form einer farblosen Flüssigkeit.

 

Die Zubereitung von HF Säurefluorwasserstoff erfolgt durch die Wirkung von Schwefelsäure konzentriert auf fein gemahlenes Calciumfluorid.

 

Auf diese Weise wird die Inhalation von HF-Flussdämpfen zu einer Vergiftung der Atemwege führen und je nach Dauer der Exposition und der Konzentration in der Luft die Atemwege, Lungenstauungen, Muskelkrämpfe, Krampfanfälle und tödliches Ergebnis erschweren. Außerdem können Atemsymptome nicht sofort, sondern nach einigen Stunden der Exposition auftreten. Darüber hinaus kann der direkte Kontakt mit HF mit der Haut schmerzhafte Verbrennungen und Geschwüre verursachen und Kontakt mit den Augen zu Hornhautverbrennungen mit einer möglichen Beeinträchtigung des Sehvermögens führen.

 

 

Was das HF enthält und welche toxischen Wirkungen es hat

 

Fluorwasserstoffsäure ist der Wirkstoff (in einer Konzentration von 4-30 %) mehrerer kommerzieller Produkte, die allgemein als Antioxidantien für den häuslichen Gebrauch bezeichnet werden, um Rost- oder Fruchtflecken von Kleidung und Stoffen zu entfernen. Aus toxikologischer Sicht wird die Eigenschaft des Hautkontakts mit verdünnten Fluorwasserstoffsäurelösungen durch die Latenz des Auftretens der Symptome (und damit auch der Therapie) nachgewiesen.

 

Zunächst gibt es kein lokales oder systemisches Signal. Einige Stunden nach Kontakt mit der Haut des HF (1-2 bis 10-24 Stunden, mit umgekehrt proportional zur Fluorwasserstoffsäurekonzentration) zeigt es jedoch starke Schmerzen, Brennen in der betroffenen Stelle und keine Oberflächenläsionen für solche Symptome. Die Schmerzen sind gegen jegliche Schmerzmittel, einschließlich Opioide, resistent.

 

Nach einer Phase negativer Objektivität wird der von HF betroffene Bereich zunächst erythematösig und dann eine ischämische Nekrose. Nach Auftreten von Ödemen und Entzündungen, seropurulenten Blasen und Nekrosen (Augenliquitative Nekrose) vor allem durch Calciumchelation und Blockade mehrerer Enzymsysteme (Gluclyse, Dicarbonsäurezyklus) durch Fluorionen bestimmt.

 

Brennen ist auf die direkte Stimulation der Nervenenden nach dem lokalen Ionenungleichgewicht zurückzuführen: Kalziumchelat, erhöhte Kaliumpermeabilität, Veränderung des Membranpotentials und spontane Depolarisierung. Besonders gefährlich ist der Kontakt von HF mit dem Nagel, der, wenn er nicht richtig behandelt wird, zum Verlust der distalen Flangen führen kann.
