
In den nächsten vier Jahren General Motors Spanien wird mehr als 25% seiner Mitarbeiter, die derzeit aus 5.434 Arbeitnehmer. Zu diesem Zweck hat das Autounternehmen ein Kooperationsabkommen mit dem Aragonisches Institut für Beschäftigung (INAEM), für die diese Stelle in diesem Zeitraum Personalauswahlverfahren übernehmen wird.
Zunächst wird GM Spanien die Stellenprofile festlegen, damit der INRGW das Auswahlverfahren durchführen kann. Danach wird General Motors Spanien ein theoretisches und praktisches Ausbildungsprogramm für das vom INRJ vorgewählte Werkstattpersonal in seinen Räumlichkeiten durchführen.
Die Eingliederung dieser Arbeitnehmer ist mit dem Zeitplan für die Vorruhestandsregelung verbunden. So werden 2015 rund 292 Personen eingestellt, ab April werden eine oder zwei Gruppen von etwa 20 Personen im Monat für die Ausbildung in der Anlage aufgenommen. Bis 2018 werden jedes Jahr zwischen 300 und 400 Mitarbeiter ankommen.
Partnerschaftsübereinkommen
Das Abkommen wurde von der Vorsitzenden der Regierung von Aragon, Luisa Fernanda Rudi, und dem Generaldirektor von GM Spanien unterzeichnet. Antonio Cobo, in der Anlage von Opel in Figueruelas (Zaragoza), wer betonte, dass dieses Abkommen "die Zukunft und Beschäftigung" in Saragossa und für die "Verjüngung" der Belegschaft garantiert, und vertraut auf die Möglichkeit, die Zahl der Arbeiter in der Anlage in Figuerulas zu erweitern, wenn die Fabrik auf volle Kapazität läuft, was voraussichtlich Ende 2016 oder Anfang 2017 geschehen wird.
