Die Technische Industriestiftung, eine gemeinnützige Einrichtung, die mit dem Allgemeinen Rat für Industrietechnik in Spanien (COGITI) verbunden ist (www.cogiti.es), die 50 Berufskammern integriert und rund 90.000 Ingenieure in der Industrie und Ingenieure des Industriezweigs vertritt, hat sie gemeinsam mit der TMI-Beraterin (www.tmi.es), ein Arbeitsfrühstück über die "Führung in der Industrie", die am Freitag, 22. Mai, 10. bis 13.30 Uhr am Sitz des COGITI und der Technischen Industriestiftung (Avda. Pablo Iglesias, 2, 2º, 28003 Madrid).

 

Die Industriebereiche der Unternehmen sind in einem sehr wettbewerbsfähigen Umfeld in erheblichem Maße verändert worden: Neuorganisation von Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitsstruktur, Umsetzung neuer effizienterer Managementmodelle, interne Aktionen, die eine Führungsrolle ohne vorherige Ausbildung oder Verlust von Talenten durch Generationenwechsel, unter anderem, beinhalten. Diese und andere Themen werden im Rahmen des genannten Arbeitsfrühstücks erörtert, an dem Führungskräfte von Industrie- und Energieunternehmen sowie Leiter von HR und technischen und industriellen Unternehmen sowie Fachleute des Sektors teilnehmen werden.

 

Der Präsident des COGITI und die Technische Industriestiftung José Antonio Galdón wird ihrerseits die grundlegende Rolle der Industrie bei der Entwicklung und der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit eines Landes sowie die Führung der Industrieingenieure in den Unternehmen und die Bedeutung von Anreizen für die Einstellung von Ingenieuren in kleinen und mittleren Industrieunternehmen unter dem Motto "Die Industrie ist ein wichtiger Akteur" fordern. "ein Industrie-Pyme, ein Ingenieur."

 

 

Mangelnde Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in kleinen Unternehmen

 

"Kleine und Kleinstunternehmen mit 1 bis 49 Beschäftigten haben ein grundlegendes Wachstumsproblem, und es ist der Mangel an Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, der sich aus dem schwierigen Zugang zu Produktinnovation und -entwicklung, Organisation, Planung, Produktion usw. ergibt. Hier wird die Rolle der Ingenieure, die das Potenzial, das Unternehmen für die Entwicklung, das Wachstum und die Innovation benötigen, direkt übertragen können, vorrangig, und hier fordern wir, dass die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, um die Einstellung von Ingenieuren in den kleinen spanischen Industrien zu erleichtern," so Galdon.
