
INYPSA, über seine Tochtergesellschaft INYPSA Effizienz, und das Papierunternehmen LC PAPER 1881 haben in Besalú (Girona) eine Biomasseanlage für die Industriedampfproduktion gegründet, die die Umweltauswirkungen von Papierproduktionsprozessen erheblich verringern wird.
INYPSA hat die Installationsarbeiten in LC PAPER 1881 Biomassekessel Binder RRK aus Österreich, das Industriedampf (4 Tonnen/Stunde) für die drei Papierherstellungslinien der Anlage liefert. Diese Anlage ist die bisher größte Installation von Binderkesseln in Industriedampf in Spanien. INYPSA hat in den letzten Monaten die Arbeiten und Bauarbeiten für die Installation und Inbetriebnahme entwickelt.
Der INYPSA-Heizkessel für LC PAPER 1881 wird Dampf mit verschiedenen Biomassederivaten erzeugen, wobei die Waldressourcen des Gebiets genutzt werden. Neben der Nutzung sauberer Energie für die Umwelt, wird es eine 10% Einsparungen beim Kraftstoffverbrauch y Verringerung der CO-Emissionen2 en 6.800 Tonnen jährlich. Für LC PAPER 1881 bedeutet dies eine Verringerung der Umweltauswirkungen um 83%.
An INYPSA Effizienz, das derzeit 12 Energiedienstleistungsverträge betreibt, stellte dieses Projekt den Eintritt in die Industrie, einen vorrangigen Bereich innerhalb der Strategieplan für Energieeffizienzaktivitäten.
