
Deutsche Spanische Federn und Armbrust (MBHA) hat ein neues Konzept von Armbrust, hergestellt aus Verbundmaterial die die Verwendung von verschiedenen Fasern und Harz zu erreichen kombiniert Gewichtsreduktion Diese Teile bis zu 67% und damit das Gesamtgewicht der Fahrzeuge mit großer Tonnage.
Die Wirkung dieser so erheblichen Gewichtsreduktion wird durch Kraftstoffeinsparungen und Steigerung der Tragfähigkeit.
Verwendung von "Verbundwerkstoffen"
Diese Armbrusten aus "Verbundwerkstoff" wurden von der neuen Abteilung der MBHA-Gruppe entwickelt, die sich mit der Gestaltung und Herstellung von Teilen für die Automobil- und Industrieindustrie beschäftigt. Die neue Abteilung hat ihren Sitz in Vila-Real und arbeitet derzeit mit den meisten Lkw-Herstellern und einigen Industrieunternehmen in der Region Valencia und Madrid zusammen. MBHA ist einer der führenden Anbieter bei der Gestaltung, Herstellung und Vermarktung von Komponenten für die Aussetzung im Transport weltweit. Der Ursprung stammt aus dem Jahr 1963 und verfügt derzeit über vier Produktionsstätten, zwei in Spanien, in Vila Real - Castellón -, eine in der Türkei und ein weiteres in der Joint-Venture-Form in Portugal. Es hat 270 Mitarbeiter und einen Umsatz von 80 Millionen Euro.
Ihr Geschäft ist auf die Konstruktion und Herstellung von Aufhängungselementen für schwere Nutzfahrzeuge konzentriert und sind Lieferanten Tier 1 der großen Lkw-Hersteller. Derzeit sind 90 Prozent ihrer Produktion auf den Export ausgerichtet, vor allem Europa und die westlichen Märkte. Seit seiner Niederlassung in der Türkei liefern sie an die östlichsten Märkte.
Das neue Konzept der Armbrust, das die Firma Castellón entwickelt hat, hat alle erforderlichen Stresstests und Typgenehmigungen zur Gewährleistung ihres Straßenverhaltens durchgeführt. Dieses neue Konzept der Armbrust wurde bereits bei der Europäischen Meisterschaft der FIA-LKW als Formel 1 der Fahrzeuge mit großer Tonnage, bei der MBHA mehrere Teams unterstützt, geprüft.
MBHA hat sich gerade als Partner in den Cluster für Automotive der Comunitat Valenciana und nach seiner Personalabteilung, Enrique Gimeno, "diese Entscheidung ist auf die Überzeugung zurückzuführen, dass Avia einen idealen Kontext schafft, in dem die Partnerunternehmen Erfahrungen teilen und von den Synergien zwischen ihnen profitieren."
