
El Institut für Keramiktechnologie (ITC) und die spanische Vereinigung der Keramikfliesen- und Bodenfliesenhersteller (ASCER) Zusammen mit den Unternehmen VERNÍS, KEROS und CHUMILLAS &TAROGI haben sich im Rahmen der gemeinsamen Technologieinitiative für die gemeinsame Nutzung der im Rahmen des Projekts durchgeführten Arbeiten zusammengeschlossen. LIFECERAM - Null-Rückstand, ein Projekt, das von der Europäischen Kommission über LIFE + im Rahmen des Programms "Umweltpolitik und Governance."
Die Teilnehmer sind nun am Ende der zur Charakterisierung von keramischen und nicht keramischen Abfällen um die Eignung eines neuen Produkts bei der Herstellung zu erfahren, während die Konstruktion des neuen Herstellungsprozesses für die Zusammensetzung des Trägers bereits beginnt, bei dem Trockenmahl- und Granulatiertechnologien eingesetzt werden.
Projektziele
Wie Quellen des ITC, eines koordinierenden Zentrums des Projekts, erklären, müssen zwei grundlegende Ziele erreicht werden, um die Situation des "Null-Rückstands" zu erreichen, zum einen die Entwicklung einer neuen Art von Keramikfliesen für den Einsatz im Freien, z. B. in der städtischen Pflasterung, die einen hohen Abfallanteil in den Boden und in die Glasur einfügt, und zum anderen die Entwicklung eines Prozesses zur Vorbereitung der Zusammensetzung des hochnachhaltigen Trägers für die Herstellung der genannten Keramikteile, basierend auf den Technologien für Trockenmahl- und Granulatierung, die alle Arten von keramischen Abfällen recyceln können.
Außerdem ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass am 10. Juli Mitglieder von LIFECERAM an einem Informations- und Networking-Tag über LIFE-Projekte in der Handelskammer Valencia teilgenommen haben und dass LIFECERAM im kommenden September zusammen mit CEVISAMA in CERSAIE und TECNARGILLA, den weltweit wichtigsten Branchenmessen für Keramik, vorgestellt werden wird.
Ein weiteres wichtiges Treffen wird die Internationale Mittelmeermesse sein, EXPOQUIMIA, vom 30. September bis 3. Oktober in Barcelona.
