OBI-Kühlsysteme mit 3M Novec-Technologie
3M hat vor kurzem neue Versionen seines Kühlsystems Open Bath Immersion (OBI) mit 3M Novec-Technologie angekündigt, einer dielektrischen Flüssigkeit, die die Wärme der darin eingetauchten elektronischen Komponenten durch eine zweistufige Kühlung extrahiert. Diese revolutionäre Technik ermöglicht eine erhebliche Steigerung der Effizienz, indem sie die für die Kühlung von Rechenzentren und großen Hubsinformatikern mit hoher Dichte erforderliche Energie reduziert.
Die dielektrischen 3M Novec Flüssigkeiten haben ihre Kühlleistung ohne Auswirkungen auf die Signalintegrierung nachgewiesen und beeinflussen nicht die Ozonschicht, indem sie eine neue Generation von Kühllösungen schaffen, die herkömmliche Klimaanlagen ersetzen können.
