Eine Methode zur Wiederverwertung von Reifen entwickelt durch Oberster Rat für wissenschaftliche Forschung (CSIC) und das Unternehmen Enrich 2000 wurde von der Wirtschaftsforum von Astana als eine der besten Technologien der Europäischen Union, die für die industrielle Anwendung in Frage kommen.

 

Dieses Projekt wird im Rahmen des VIII. Innovationskongress Dieses internationale Forum, das in dieser Woche in der Hauptstadt Kasachstans stattfindet, wird beherbergt.

 

"Die entwickelte Recyclingmethode besteht darin, Reifen, die nicht in Betrieb sind, einem thermischen Prozess zu unterziehen, um sie in Brennstoffe und Gase umzuwandeln, die elektrische Energie erzeugen können. Durch zwei aufeinander folgende Phasen, Destillation und Vergasung, wird die volle energetische Nutzung der Reifen erreicht," erklärt der Forscher des CSIC Félix López vom für das Projekt zuständigen Nationalen Zentrum für Metallforschung.

 

Aus der ersten Phase ergibt sich ein Öl, das durch Kondensierung der flüchtigen Fraktion bei niedriger Temperatur gewonnen wird und anschließend in Benzin und Diesel umgewandelt wird. In der zweiten Phase werden die Gase, die nicht kondensiert wurden, in elektrische Energie umgewandelt, während der so genannte feste Rückstand durch Vergasung in brennbares Gas umgewandelt wird.

 

 

Umweltprobleme

 

In Spanien wird jedes Jahr eine 240.000 Tonnen Reifen. Die Schwierigkeiten bei der Wiederverwertung, Wiederverwendung und Entsorgung solcher Reifen nach ihrer Verwendung stellen ein ernstes Umweltproblem dar, da die Emissionen durch Verbrennung oder Verbrennung toxisch sind.

 

Laut López ist die entwickelte Technologie sowohl in den konzeptuellen Aspekten des Prozesses als auch in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen und Design völlig innovativ. "Der Hauptvorteil ist, dass es keine Abfälle und Emissionen erzeugt und den Reifen in Brennstoffe und elektrische Energie umwandelt. Sie trägt somit zur Verringerung der CO-Emissionen bei.2" fügte der Forscher hinzu.
