
Ein Team von Forschern - an dem er beteiligt war Lorenzo Olivieri, des ETS Architektur der Polytechnische Universität Madrid (UPM) - hat eine Studie durchgeführt, die sich auf Entwicklung eines neuen vorgefertigten Strahlungselements für Fassaden mit hoher Wärmespeicherkapazität durch Einfügen von Phase-Wechselmaterialien. Der Vorteil dieser Materialien besteht darin, dass sie die bei Zustandsänderungen ausgetauschte latente Wärme nutzen können, wodurch eine höhere Wärmemenge im gleichen Volumen im Vergleich zu anderen Systemen, die ausschließlich auf empfindlicher Wärme basieren, gespeichert werden kann.
Die Entwicklung des Bausektors ist weit von der Szenario für nachhaltige Entwicklung definiert durch Internationale Energieagentur, in dem der globale Kurs angegeben wird, den die drei Hauptakteure gleichzeitig verfolgen müssen Ziele für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung Energiebezogene Aspekte.
