PORTABLECRAC ist eine flexible Lösung, die verschiedene Nischen (Wasserbehandlung, chemische Industrie usw.) behandelt, die die Regeneration von Aktivkohle vor Ort durch kompakte/portable Prototypen ermöglicht, die sich an die Bedürfnisse des Kunden mit positiven wirtschaftlichen und ökologischen Auswirkungen anpassen können.

 

Das Projekt PORTABLECRAC zielt auf die Entwicklung einer umweltverträglichen und wirtschaftlich vorteilhaften Technologie ab, um die für die Wasserfiltration in der kleinen und großen Industrie verwendete aktive Kohle zu regenerieren. Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Anpassung eines kompakten Geräts gelegt, das die Flexibilität, den Betrieb und die Investitionskosten gegenüber den vorhandenen Geräten erheblich verbessert (durch Gewährleistung der Replizierbarkeit und Eskalation der vorgeschlagenen Lösung).

 

PORTABLECRAC wird eine nachhaltige und langfristige Lösung zur Schaffung direkter und indirekter Arbeitsplätze im "Dienstleistungssektor" der EU bieten. Der Schlüsselwertvorschlag besteht darin, eine Lösung für die Behandlung von Wasser mit einer Kostensenkung von 86% pro kg/AC und einer 4fachen CO2-Reduktion zu liefern.

 

Daher weist PORTABLECRAC ein großes Akzeptanzpotenzial für die Industrie und eine große Marktchancen auf, wenn es darum geht, die mit Aktivkohle übliche thermische Regeneration zu betreiben. Die Vorteile dieses neuen Systems liegen in einer Vielzahl von Gerätegrößen, einer Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen und der Abfallemissionen, einer Verringerung des Energieverbrauchs sowie einer Senkung der Kosten.

 

PORTABLECRAC hat eine Laufzeit von 36 Monaten und wurde im Rahmen des Forschungs- und Innovationsprogramms Horizont 2020 der Europäischen Union, insbesondere im Rahmen der Aufforderung H2020-SPIRE-2017, finanziert. Die Gesamtkosten werden auf 2.883.012,82€ geschätzt und werden mit einer Finanzierung von rund 2.206.719,07€ veranschlagt.

 

 

Projektpartner

Das Konsortium besteht aus sieben Organisationen aus drei verschiedenen Ländern. KONTAKTICA S.L. (Projektkoordinator) (Spanien), ENVIROHEMP S.L. (Spanien), Universidad de Alicante (Spanien), GRADO ZERO INNOVATION S.R.L. (Italien), EMIVASA (Spanien), AGRI-PRO (Portugal) und Universität Vigo (Spanien).
