
Bei der effizienten Sanierung eines Gebäudes müssen zahlreiche Aspekte wie Standort, Design, zu verwendendes Material, Anlagen usw. berücksichtigt werden. TECHNALIEN nimmt an einem Projekt teil, das die Sanierung zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz im Rahmen einer neuen Vision vorsieht, in der das Gebäude als Ganzes analysiert wird.
Das Projekt RESSEEPE (Retrofitting Solutions and Services for the Enhancement of Energy Efficiency in Public Edification) sieht die Entwicklung von Lösungen und Dienstleistungen zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz in öffentlichen Gebäuden unter einer neuen Vision des Gebäudes vor, einer systemischen Vision, die das Gebäude als Ganzes betrachtet, bestehend aus miteinander verknüpften Teilen, die als Ganzes zu analysieren sind.
Das RESSEEPE-Projekt zielt im Wesentlichen darauf ab, eine Reihe innovativer Anpassungstechnologien technisch weiterzuentwickeln, anzupassen, zu demonstrieren und zu bewerten, um "den Energieverbrauch um 50% zu senken," indem Technologien und Elemente wie:
Feldanalyse
Die Entwicklungen von RESSEEPE werden in drei Demonstrationsszenarien umgesetzt: das George Eliot-Gebäude der Universität Coventry (Großbritannien), Balderkolan Schule in Skelleftea (Schweden) und die Krankenhäuser in Taulí und Tarrasa in Barcelona (Spanien). In diesem letzten Krankenhaus in Tarrasa wurde ein Netz von Sensoren eingesetzt, um Energieeinsparungen und Komfortparameter vor und nach der Rehabilitation zu ermitteln.
