Die patentierte Roxtec SPM Rohrdichtung ist aus hochelastischem EPDM-Gummi gefertigt und mit säureresistenten Edelstahl-Zubehör. Diese Lösung ist einfach und schnell zu installieren, da sie aus einem Stück mit sehr geringem Gewicht besteht und von einer Seite der Stahldecke oder Schotte implantiert werden kann.
Die Flexibilität von Roxtec SPM passt sich den Größen von Metallrohren und unregelmäßigen Öffnungen an und spart Platz für die Versiegelung. Der Durchmesser der Rohre kann 12 bis 222 mm betragen. Darüber hinaus ist es ein Surfbrett, das nicht Schweißen erfordert, hilft, Rentabilität und Produktivität zu gewährleisten, indem die Installationszeiten verkürzt werden und keine zusätzlichen Kosten für die Malerei.
Für all diese Vorteile ist das Roxtec SPM Siegel ideal, um den Brandschutz (A-60), das Gas (0.67 BAR) und das Wasser (1 BAR) in der Metallrohranlage zu gewährleisten, wo das Schweißen nicht erlaubt oder empfohlen wird. Sie kann an Bord von Kreuzfahrt-, Fahrgastschiffen, gewerblichen Transportschiffen, Offshore-Plattformen und anderen Meeresstrukturen eingesetzt werden, um ihre Sicherheit und Funktionalität zu gewährleisten.
