ElTechnologieinstitut Aragonien Er hat einen medizinischen Rucksack entwickelt, der detaillierte Informationen darüber enthält, wie der Verletzte zu jedem Zeitpunkt ist, damit zum Beispiel, wenn der Hubschrauber ankommt, das Referenz-Medizinzentrum für seine Evakuierung alle verfügbaren Daten besitzt. "Es ist eine Interventionslösung in den Bergen.

 

Die Informationen werden über Wi-Fi an die Gesundheits- oder Notfallzentren übermittelt," erklärt er. Sergio Mayo, die an diesem Projekt mit  Vega Rodrigálvarez, beide ITA-Techniker, die dem Ministerium für Industrie und Innovation der Regierung von Aragon unterstehen.

 

Der Rucksack verfügt über Einrichtungen zur Überwachung der Patientenkonstanten (bei einem Unfall in den Bergen, einem Herzinfarkt usw.) und zur Übermittlung dieser Daten an das Gesundheitszentrum. Mit diesem Tool erhalten Sie eine Hilfe für die Verletzten vor der Ankunft der Nothilfe durch Fernassistenzeinrichtungen in hohen Bergen und eine grenzüberschreitende Erfassung medizinischer Daten. Dieses Gerät wurde im September und Oktober in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Krankenhaus in Barbastro und dem San Jorge Hospital in Huesca getestet, und die Schlussfolgerungen waren ein Erfolg. In Zukunft werden es fünf sein, drei davon werden in spanischen und zwei in französischen Unterkünften sein.

 

Der Rucksack gehört zum Projekt STIPP, das über ein Webportal verfügt, in das alle Wetterinformationen von Meteo France und Aemet integriert sind, wie die Daten, die ich vom Stab geschickt habe, der von der Technischen Universitätsakademie von La Almunia entwickelt wurde, und die Aktualität, die Bergnutzer durch ihre mobilen Geräte vor Ort hochlegen. "Alle diese Informationen werden automatisch aktualisiert und über das Portal gekreuzt, um eine genaue Bewertung zu ermöglichen," sagt Sergio Mayo.

Dieses Projekt besteht aus spanischen und französischen Partnern. Poctefa die 2009 begonnen und im November 2012 abgeschlossen wurde. An dieser Arbeit nahmen teil: Mede, ITA, GCS Telesanté Midi-Pyrénees, Gesundheit, Enit, Eupla, Meteo France, Aemet und Rathaus von Jaca.
